WRITING SERVICES QUOTE REQUEST FORM

---

My edits are always suggestions. I recommend you consider and accept the edits I make, but ultimately, you are responsible for your final product and the words that are changed (or aren't).

By sending me your work, you're agreeing to the following:

• You've made copies of your original documents before sending to me to review.
• I will not be held responsible for the loss or leak of the documents you've provided.

Know that I take special precautions to ensure your work is protected while in my hands. If it's confidential and cannot be shared by conventional means (email or a file-sharing service), I'm happy to accommodate alternative measures.
